How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 6–11 business days: 1–3 business days for handling, followed by 5–8 business days in transit, unless the product page states otherwise. Larger items may need delivery scheduling.
Most orders ship free within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded. Any shipping charges appear at checkout. See our shipping policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
Eligible unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Contact us for approval before sending anything back. Change-of-mind returns incur return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours; we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee for those items. Review our returns policy for the full conditions and process.
Can I exchange an item for a different model?
To exchange for a different model, contact us about returning the original item, then place a new order for the model you prefer. Return eligibility, shipping costs, and any applicable fees follow our returns policy. Our team can explain the steps before you proceed.
How do I know which hot tub or sauna is right for my space?
Start with the dimensions, capacity, and installation requirements on the product page. Send us the product name or link, your available measurements, and any placement questions so we can help you compare the details before ordering.
Do your gazebos and pergolas require assembly?
Gazebos and pergolas require assembly. Check the individual product page and manufacturer’s instructions for included hardware, assembly requirements, site preparation, and any professional work you may need.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout.
